1800's Ornate Victorian silver plate shaving mug Reed & Barton

Reed & Barton silver plated shaving mug as shown.
Cup stands 2&3/4 inches tall and measures 3&1/2 inches across.
I assume this had an insert which is now missing.
Piece is in excellent used condition with a little wear. The interior has some slight discoloration and very small blistered spots. Rim has some small dents and nicks. There are some slight nicks and scratches but overall excellent.
