Best way is to measure your existing pad:

Each frame with pads has a nose pad arm which is the little part that is connected to the eye-wire and supports the nose pads.
Depending on the construction, it will determine the type of nose pad to be fitted to it.
The screw in nose pad has ahole, the pads will be fixed to the pad arm with your existing screw.
