ANTIQUE VICTORIAN LAYERED GARNET STAR or FLOWER BROOCH PIN

Description

This charming pin is just under 1 1/4 inches across. It is covered with prong set red garnets. The setting appears to be brass. The pin is made of three separate pieces which are tiered and give it a domed appearance. The height is almost 1/2 inch.
There is one missing stone. See photos. It is on the outer edge and is not too noticeable. It can be replaced if you like. The clasp on this does have a catch, but it is a very early version. This brooch is luminous. Must see to appreciate.
