    Hays Factory drake bluebill, made in Jefferson City, MO  Circa 1930  Great little standard grade drake bluebill.  All original paint.  Very slight small tail chip, very old.  Small crack on bottom of decoy.  A great decoy  100% original paint  Nice addition to any collection of Jefferson City, MO decoys  I will pay postage to the lower 48 states  No returns
