    Description

    It is about 11" long, 3 3/4" wide, and 4 1/2" tall.  As found recently in Thibodaux, La. with a broken beak.  It appears quite used and worn.  I am not sure, but it does look somewhat like a Verdin carver.  The beak break looks kind of old.  See "La. Duck Decoys", 1979, page 74, number 129 and page 100, number 250.
