Antique Zeiss Ikon Small Folding Camera Voigtlander 6x9 Tessar 10.5cm lens

Antique Zeiss Ikon Small Folding Camera Voigtlander Box Tessar 10.5cm lens. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
I tried to find out what model this is with no real luck. Models that look similar are: Duchessa, Duplo, Donata, Ideal but none of them look exactly like this one. The body measures approx 5" x 4"
The back part that slides on is marked 667/2 which I think makes it a 6x9 but I'm not sure.
It's not in horrible shape but has some issues. The button that clips the front door shut isn't doing it's job.
It's pretty hard to pull the camera out. The lens is a little cloudy has spots and probably fungus. There is a serial number on the inside front plate 264958.
Also inscribed Voigtlander, I was thinking that was the model but I cant find examples of it anywhere. The shutter seems to work. It has a function to tilt the lens up or down slightly. There is a least on hole in the bellows with an old tape job that is pealing up.
