I only replace items in the event you recieve the wrong one. Accidents do happen on occasion but not often.PLEASE READ ITEM DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY BEFORE BUYING. I try and describe any defect to packaging etc as accurately as possible. Also please look at the photos they tell much more. Some items are close dated or even on occasion expired, there are no refunds because the item did not arrive before the expiration date. I carefully inspect items for damage and broken seals. Nothing goes out unless it is exactly as described in the listing.
Shipping:
We ship as soon as possible after payment is made. I do not ship on weekends and if purchase is made on Friday it may not go out until Monday morning. Please be aware of holidays where there is no mail. Most items are free shipping therefore we ship in padded envelopes when possible. If you want your item shipped in a box please message and we will do our best but there may be an additional shipping cost depending on the weight of the item.
