    At one time there was a name in gold that has partly worn away
    Nicely
    marked with the double sword, the letter H in between,  the numbers 2825 and the number 94
    underneath
    all marks in underglaze blue
    The overall mug design is
    English ironstone attributed to  Anthony Shaw (see other examples of this shape from the internet) made in Burslem from 1857 to 1882.
    No chips or cracks.
