    DUCHARME (1912- 1972) OF ST AMBROISE MANITOBA, ON THE FAMOUS DELTA MARSH. THIS DECOY CAME FROM THE GAYLORD CAMP ON LAKE WINNIPEGOSIS. NICE DECOY IN EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH ORIGINAL PAINT, PAINTED BY PETER WARD WHOSE PAINT IS FOUND ON THE BEST EXAMPLES OF DUNCAN`S DECOYS,
    WHO WAS THE FIRST DIRECTOR OF THE DELTA WATERFOWL RESEARCH STATION.

    MEASURES 16 INCHES LONG, BILL TO TAIL AND
    HAS THE GALVANIZED TIN KEEL ASSOCIATED WITH THE GAYLORD CAMP DECOYS. MINOR IN USE WEAR, STRUCTURALLY SOUND WITH FINE AGE LINES TO THE WOOD.
