Hand Made & Painted by Eduardo Vega is this Galapagos Islands Magnificent Frigatebird Figure.
Eye-catching piece with a metallic glass-like appearance.
Very difficult to photograph so please overlook reflections and light bounce.
The m
ain body of bird is a glass-like copper/bronze, and,
captured during breeding season, this male sports an impressive red throat pouch to attract the ladies.
There is no color or glaze loss.  Any sections in the photos that appear to be flaws, are in fact, either a result of reflection or intentional high and low lights by the artist and under the glaze.
No Cracks or Chips.   Crazing appears only on the bronze areas which may or may not intentional.
Measures approximately 6.5" long, 3" wide, 4" tall.
