Honda EM600 portable generator

Description

Honda EM600 generator is in good working condition but may need some servicing or adjustment.
Seems to throttle up and down after shutting down powering something from the plug.
When the throttle is manually set high there is no problem.
The carb has been carefully cleaned and has a new needle valve on the float (was stored for many years).
Also has new oil.  I don't have the original manual, but a copy is printed.
There are some minor scratches on the outside.  No dents or damage.
