    This camera, the ICA Icarette II 500 came out before the
    Zeiss Ikon, I believe before the great merger, pre 1927 Germany.
    Just trying to figure this camera out was a task in itself. I had to watch several videos where I found bits and pieces of information from similar cameras. I could not find information on this particular model, except for photos on Flickr. I presume the steel wire frame on it is to hold a filter or it's a finder frame, the frame bottom section is bent. The billows look good but I haven't examined them closely. When sliding out the billows it is extremely difficult to line up the rails and difficult to pull it forward, the beginning of one rail is chipped.
    Trying to get the back off is almost a science, I found out how to do it by watching a video of a similar camera. Lettering on the lens is very hard to see. It looks as though the
    Aperture is not working order. (see picture)
    I am not sure about the shutter or lens operation, it is very hard to turn for settings, in fact the lens section can turn without too much effort.
    I believe this uses 620 roll film.
    I acquired this camera without it being completely folded down. I have tried a number of times to fold it down without success. It will be shipped unfolded or partially folded. (see photo below)
    The original old box (what's left of it) will be included, and folded flat, it is taped on the inside.
    Hoping someone with tech knowledge can either use this for parts or get it working again correctly.
