Hi and welcome to my auction. Up for bids is a Kodak Retina IIIc 35mm Film Rangefinder Camera, Serial #583824 with a Schneider-Kreuznach 50mm F2 lens, Serial #4510266. The camera is in beautiful cosmetic condition with no dings or dents on the body and includes original leather case. Lens glass is clean and clear with no scratches or cloudiness. Film advance moves smoothly and shutter opens and closes accordingly. View finder glass is clear.
This was part of my Dad's collection. He was a semi-professional photographer since the mid 70's and amassed quite a collection of camera equipment. He had a note with this camera saying Rangefinder worked, but I don't know how to test it. If someone knows and wants to tell me, I'll be glad to try. He passed away last year and left all of his collection to me to pass on to other camera enthusiasts.
