    Beautiful  rare collectible  "Shorebird "carved  by celebrated  Houma  Louisiana  decoy  carver, Laurent Verdin, signed
    on the  shell  base  and  signed  on the  bottom  of  the   bird..excellent  condition
    this  one really does  have  a  great  personality...beautifully painted  and  lifelike...glass  eyes and  a  wonderul  expression.
    Signed   Laurent  Verdin    2  times....on the   the bottom of  the bird  itself  and  on  the   bottom of  the  shell.
    A top  example of  this  artist's shorebird  carvings, mounted  on  a  seashell....perfect.
    This  acclaimed and  very  fine carver  and  painter's  work  has  been  in  various  exhibitions  and    shows.....his  work  was  included   in  the  wonderful  museum  exhibition....
