Near Mint Zeiss Contessa 533/24 35mm Folding Rangefinder Camera

Here's an old Zeiss Contessa 35mm camera that appears to be in near mint condition. There's almost no wear at all on this one; you really have to look closely to appreciate the condition!
The shutter is functioning at all speeds and looks/sounds fine. No accuracy is guaranteed, however. The VF is clear and the RF split image appears to be accurate. The only fault I can find is the meter is not working; no response to light at all.  One minor detail is the little pull down piece in back used to make the camera sit level on a table, is not coming down and I don't want to try and force it.
The camera seems to be winding OK. To cock the shutter and dry fire it, you need to wind the film advance knob and roll your fingers across the film guide sprockets to make the camera think it has film in it.
The case is in fair condition with the top mostly unstitched, and its inside top panel is loose.  A previous owner inscribed their initials inside.
