NEW without tags, a child's Boy Short.  Made in the USA by PUMPERS, top name in dance and exercise wear, of high quality stretchy nylon/Lycra.
Inseam is 2", waist band is 3" and the black short is 7" down the leg from the top of the waist band.  Style 9650.
Size is child Medium and good for a boy or girl.  These are matt finish, not shiny.
