These are new without hangtags from Main street. Yes, they are the same pair of shorts in my photo, the flash fired really hot when I was taking a photo of the front. The fabric for these shorts is the compression spandex used on the nicest leotards. I have only one pair of these and they are small adult. These have never been worn and if I had to put a retail value on them, I would say it was .00. BT256
