These pants are polyester stretch pique and they have elastic waist, the model is showing them with a shrug and leotard that are in different listings. Manufactured by Wolff Fording & Co in Richmond VA, size is small child The retail on this pair of pants is in child sizes. This is a dance costume item but can be worn for classwear,the bottom of the hem is not finished, the fabric does not ravel so there is no need for a hem, but you could cut the pink area off if you like and have just plain black capri pants.
