    This item is  a brand new Wolff Fording pair of low rise foil Turquoise shorts.  There is no hang tag because it's a costume item and Wolff Fording didn't tag their items.   The size is Intermediate Child which fits an 8 Child. There is an elastic waist and leg line.  Refer to the measurement guide provided with the pictures to confirm a good fit. Material is polyester spandex.  GmRm/dnsbx2
