Brand new with original hang tags, Bal Togs 21326 Black Velvet slightly wide leg/flared pants.
Girls  size 6X-7 laid flat measures 8" and stretches to 10"  and inseam is hemmed to 25 ".
Girls size 8-10  laid flat measures: waist 9" and stretches to 11",  inseam is hemmed to 27"
Fabric is 90% Polyester/ 10% Lycra.  These are nice enough for stage or street wear.  TR4
