based on similar decoys by this carver, I am guessing this is a 90s decoy but I am not sure
the  bottom of the beak has some light of paint , and a smidge on the tail, and there are a few other places as shown in the photos
I have 'lost' my Eastern Shore of MD ability to identify waterfowl but I believe this is  a mallard
but a very kind and knowledgeable ebayer let me know this is a blue winged teal
