Our 12 x 15 cherry vinyl perpetual plaque features a pewter color heavy resin three dimensional police oval plate at the top with black brass over gold header plate for your individual information or title.  16 individual black brass tags allow you to record your employee recognition names and dates, memorial names and dates or your own accomplishments. Engraving on header plate, oval plaque and 1st tag if desired is included upon purchase at no additional charge.
Additional tags may be engraved upon purchase at .00 each.  In future years tags may be mailed in to be engraved to match previous engravings.  The charge is .00 and an instructional sheet will be included in your shipment.
Matching oval individual plaques are available in our Home Store as an award each recipient can keep themselves.
