These are brand new convertible pants in black from Mainstreet Dancewear. You can wear them long as the model is showing, or you can roll them up and button them at the side (they will stay rolled that way) to make them into capri length.  Fabric is cotton/spandex.  The catalog shot with the 2 girls is showing style on the right, the actual item is in my photo.  These are perfect, no irregularities and retail for .50.
