    A nice duck decoy, looks to be a lesser scaup.  This is signed Parker on the bottom.  Has a brass tag showing the full name as Butch Parker from Holtwood PA.  In overall  good condition with mild wear.   May have a few light stray marks. Has the weight and tie loop.
