Vintage Blue Art Glass Penguin Unmarked 3 1/4" Tall
Tiny divot on bottom surface.  There are a few places on the bottom edges I was suspicious of but it's just where the glass is dimpled at the bottom edges during production.   On the back of its neck is a whitish spot (see photo) that I guess is an occlusion in the glass but I cannot feel it with my finger.
Keel a lookout on my store.  I will be listing some more penguin items.
