    Item Description
    A neat brass sign or plaque or possible a license plate topper.  Would have went on a 1 by 3/16" piece of bar.  Measures about 6 by 5".  Some wear overall.  Marked as number E-510.  Sercuring bolts in the back are broken off and will need to be drilled out.
