Condition: Two vintage duck decoys. (1) The hen mallard appears to be the older of the two and it has been in my family for 40 + years. The loon has been in the family for 35+ years. The hen mallard appears to be hand carved and painted. It is a large decoy measuring approximately 19 inches long and 5 1/2 inches wide across the mid-body. The are initials (MS) painted on the lower body. It is in very good condition. The loon decoy was made at Stoney Point Decoys in Glen Burnie, MD and is hand signed by Raymond Hornick. The loon is in very good condition. I don't know much about the history of the decoys. They were displayed in a den for many years. I don't know very much about decoys in general but if you would like more photographs please email me.
