Wide Antique Victorian GF Bangle Bracelet Hinged Flower Design

Amazing GF bangle bracelet with floral design.
Measures 1/2" wide x 2 1/2".
Weighs over 26 grams.
The clasp is in proper working condition.
There is a marking that I cannot make out.
There are scuff/abrasions on the backside, I've tried to capture this in the last picture.
This piece would benefit from a good polishing.
